Cancellation Policy

As of February 13, 2026 , we are implementing a cancellation fee of $25 for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, and for cancellations within 24 hours, there will be also a $25 fee. No-call/no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. All fees must be paid in full to book your next appointment.

Additionally, clients must have a card on file to book an appointment. This policy is part of our new system to provide convenience and reduce wait times at checkout.
